A small 3.4m2 period Boch Freres ceramic c.1900

A small, period handmade Boch Freres, Maubeuge ceramic now fully restored to its original beauty

17cm field and large border with a half size border laid in duplicate

Handmade production; we present a heavy, quality ceramic with crisp and consistent colours on the design of an ornate fluid border complimenting a non-tessellating single motif field tile

Within the photo gallery, in addition to a random selection of high-resolution photographs of the floor, we include scans from the original Boch Freres 1900 catalogue detailing the field, large border and half size border

Perfect for a small high traffic porch, small bathroom or toilet or as a carpet style feature in a larger area framed by antique parquet or a modern ceramic. As a highly fired tile it can also be laid externally as high summer and sub-zero temperatures will not affect the tile.
