30 m2 of antique terracotta hexagon tiles

30m2 / 325 sq ft of French antique terracotta tiles displaying a beautiful patina.

The tiles are supplied ready to relay, cleaned of their old mortar and their surfaces steam washed.

Once laid the tiles should be sealed against staining with either a modern paint-on clear sealant or using the traditional French method of oiling with linseed oil and turpentine.

9cm sides, 18cm to points - 47 tiles per m2. 

These antique terracotta tiles were handmade and will have subtle variations to size and thickness by tile and a tiler should always dry lay a section before commencing fixing in order to familiarise him/herself with them.
