18.5m2 / 200 sq ft, complete ornate Belgian ceramic floor with triple border dating from 1890. The tiles are ceramic and 14.5cm sq (5 1/2 inches) and 1.7cm thick. The main border tile is 14.5cm sq with a duplicate tile above and below the main border tile of 14.5cm x 7.25cm. All the corner tiles are present. In fact there are 7 large border tile corners and 15 small, accommodating any re-laying in a room or hallway with inglenooks or a fireplace etc. The floor tessellates in a geometric pattern of a main burgundy coloured central cross and a circle hedged in what I think are blue cornflowers with green leaves. Mustard lines on a cream coloured background complete what are not only very beautiful tiles but a good quality ceramic encaustic.

The floor is supplied cleaned of mortar to the reverse and sides and is ready to re-lay.
