A 1910 St Ghislain ceramic in a New Jersey home
An inspiring carpet style lay..
The Antique Floor Company supplied this restored antique Belgian ceramic, manufactured by St Ghislain and dated c.1910, for this New Jersey conservatory.
The tiles, using their original same size back to back borders, have been laid as a carpet style feature, framed, in what is a large conservatory, by a modern travertine tile.
The aesthetic shows so effectively how antique and modern can sit together so harmoniously and create a complimentary style of anchor points and a sense of navigation.
