A run of Sand & Cie ceramic borders - 44 tiles

A run of French ceramic border tiles, handmade over 100 years ago by Societe Generale de Carrelages et de Produits Ceramiques, Sand & Cie (Feignies)

The tiles are 15.5cm sq and c.15mm thick and we include scans in the gallery showing the original presentation of the tiles in their catalogue.

44 tiles, offering a total linear length of 6.82 linear metres / 22.4 linear ft.

Ideal to frame an antique or contemporary ceramic or parquet. Or possibly as a decorative and practical feature in a kitchen (counter run, splashback, Aga inglenook), in a chimney breast or bathroom (inside a shower, framing a period bath, on the walls etc)

Highly fired they can be laid inside or outside of the home.
