A hallway transformed in Unhost, Czech Republic (OL1)
An ornate Belgian ceramic encaustic floor, manufactured by Ste. Ghislaine in the early part of the twentieth century, has been laid to great effect in the hallway of this house in Unhost, Czech Republic.
The two interlocking tiles are ornate in design and detail but are softened by a subtle palette and beautifully compliment the wood, panelling and period fixtures in the hallway. Our congratulations on an excellent renovation project.
